摘要
以碳化硅粉体与铁粉为主要原料,采用粉末冶金法制备碳化硅增强铁基复合材料,通过正交实验法设计实验方案,研究制备过程中原料配比(碳化硅含量)、烧结温度及保温时间工艺参数的影响,获得了采用冷压成型高温烧结工艺的优化工艺参数为:配比5%,烧结温度1 000℃,保温时间2 h。
With silicon carbide powder and iron powder as main raw materials, silicon carbide reinforced iron matrix composites was prepared by powder metallurgy method, through the orthogonal experiment method to design the experiment scheme to study the influence of the process parameters of raw material ratio(Si C), sintering temperature and holding time in preparation process. The optimized technological parameters were obtained by cold pressing molding of high temperature sintering process, that is the ratio of 5%, the sintering temperature of 1 000 ℃, holding time 2 h.
