摘要
为了改善承钢钒钛烧结矿的质量和冶金性能,针对4种添加剂对烧结矿的影响进行了烧结试验研究。试验结果表明:选择的4种添加剂中,方案5~#钒钛矿烧结质量最优,即添加B_2O_3能够显著提高烧结矿质量和冶金性能,其利用系数为1.34 t/(m^2·h),转鼓指数为63.76%,RI、RDI_(+3.15)分别为74.92%和53.78%。
In order to improve the quality and metallurgical properties of vanadium-titanium sinter ore of Chengde iron steel company, the influence of the four kinds of additives on the sinter ore was researched by experiments. The results show that the scheme 5#(B203) with additive B203, which could improve the quality and metallurgical properties of sinter ore significantly, is the best among the four kinds of schemes. Its utilization coefficient is 1.34 t/(m2·h), and drum index is63.76%, moreover, RI and RDI(+3.15) are 74.92% and 53.78%, respectively.
