摘要
磷酸盐作为粘结剂,在铸造方面具有很广的应用价值,其制备工艺和混砂工艺对粘结性能有重要影响。本试验采用柠檬酸、含硼改性剂对传统磷酸盐无机粘结剂进行改性,制得较高中和度的复合磷酸盐粘结剂。使用自制过渡金属化合物固化剂,将固化剂、粘结剂、型砂均匀混合,制作模块。以室温抗拉强度、存放稳定性为指标,确定磷酸盐无机粘结剂的制备及混砂的较优工艺。对型砂的性能进行了初步的探索,使用表面活性剂提高了型砂的流动性。
The traditional phosphate inorganic binder was modified using citric acid and boric acid, the phosphate with higher neutralization was obtained. Using self-made transition metal compounds as main curing agent and mixing the curing agent, a type of compound phosphate binder sand modular with higher neutralization degree was prepared. The excellent processes of preparing phosphate inorganic binder were determined according to the room temperature tensile strength and resting stability. The properties of molding sand were explored using surfactant to increase the mobility.
