BOF-LF-CC工艺生产SPHC铸坯中大型夹杂物行为研究

Behavioral Research of Large Inclusion in SPHC Steel Produced by BOF-LF-CC Process

系统分析了某钢铁公司100吨BOF→LF→CC工艺流程生产的SPHC连铸坯中氧氮含量、大型夹杂物的类型、数量、尺寸、分布及来源。结果表明:铸坯中T[O]为31.9×10^(-5),[N]为35.2×10^(-5),正常坯的大型夹杂物含量为13.6 mg/10 kg,混浇坯、尾坯大型夹杂物平均含量为19.1 mg/10 kg,是正常坯的1.4倍。铸坯中大型夹杂物粒度以80~300μm为主;大型夹杂主要为SiO_2-Al_2O_3-TiO_2-MnO复合夹杂,其普遍沾附有钢包渣、中间包渣、结晶器保护渣污染物及耐火材料的脱落物。

Oxygen and nitrogen content, the type, quantity, size, distribution and source of the large inclusions in SPHC continuous casting slab produced by BOF-LF-CC process were studied. The results show that the T[O] content is 31.9×10^-5,[N] content is 35.2×10^-5, the large inclusion content is 13.6 mg/10 kg. The average content of large inclusion in the mixed casting billet and the last casting billet is 19.1 mg/kg, it is 1.4 times of the normal blank. Particle size of large inclusions in casting billet is mostly 80-300 μm.
