摘要
对20 mm厚的Q460D高强度结构钢材焊缝区,及其热影响区进行不同热输入下的对接焊缝力学性能试验研究,以便获得其焊缝区及其热影响区的力学性能指标,同时对结果进行拟合分析,得到其-20℃冲击功、抗拉强度和屈服强度随热输入变化的规律。结果表明,焊接热输入对Q460D钢材焊缝力学性能影响明显,在焊接热输入为17.5~45.0 k J/cm范围内冲击功值下降明显;当焊接热输入在17.5~25.0 k J/cm的范围内,抗拉强度和屈服强度呈明显下降趋势。
The mechanical properties of butt weld zone and heat affected zone of Q460 D steel with the thickness of 20 mm were studied under different welding heat input to obtain the mechanical properties vales of weld zone and heat affected zone of the butt weld specimens. Then regression analysis was used to acquire the impact energy at-20 ℃, tensile strength,yield strength and their variation with welding heat input.The results show that welding heat input has obvious influence on the mechanical properties vales of weld zone of Q460 D steel.With the heat input decreasing, there is an obvious downward trend on the impact energy in the heat input range from 17.5 to 45.0 k J/cm, and there is also an obvious downward trend on the tensile strength and yield strength in the heat input range from 17.5 to 25.0 k J/cm.
