摘要
为了提高产品品质,节约原材料,提高生产效率,设计了螺栓的镦锻成形工艺,并数值模拟了其成形过程,比较了两种挤压速度下的成形效果,结果表明,5 mm/s的成形速度更具工艺优势,并通过实践检验了该工艺的可行性。
In order to improve the quality of flange bolts, save raw materials, improve production efficiency, the upsetting forming process for flange bolts was designed, and the forming process was numerically simulated. The forming effect under two kinds of extrusion speeds was compared. The results show that the forming speed of 5 mm/s has more advantages in technology. The feasibility of the process was verified through practice.
