顶杆冷挤压成形数值模拟分析

摘要 小型顶杆零件材料为2A11硬铝,因为尺寸太小切削很困难,其次采用机加工生产浪费大量材料且效率低。因其塑性较好,考虑采用冷挤压的方法生产。通过DEFORM-3D金属体积成形软件模拟了2A11硬铝小型顶杆零件的冷挤压成形过程。结果表明,零件充填饱满,质量好。在节约材料的同时,大大提高了生产效率。 The 2A11 duralumin mandril is difficult to cut because of samll size. The cold extrusion forming was used for2A11 duralumin mandril due to its good plasticity. The cold extrusion forming process of mandril was simulated by DEFORM-3D software. The results show that the cold extrusion forming process of the parts shows a full filling and good quality, which not only save material but also improve efficiency greatly.
