Automatic Control of Internal Heat-type Electrode Salt Bath Furnace

通过设计的一种连续式自动控制的内加热式电极盐浴炉结构,利用Solidworks 2012软件进行了三维实体建模,通过设计的搬运机械吊臂能够完成全系的热处理工艺,减小了盐浴炉中熔盐的挥发气体和高温辐射对人体产生的伤害,并结合设备浅谈了盐浴炉的操作安全和控制要求,对相关行业的技术升级、改造和安全生产提供了有效的借鉴。

Aimed at a self-design ed continuous automatic control of a heating electrode salt bath furnace, the three-dimensional solid model was established using SOLIDWORKS 2012 software, the whole system of the heat treatment process can be completed by mechanical arm to reduce the harm to human body of the volatile gases and high temperatures in the molten salt bath furnace.
