摘要
针对某钢厂6 t H13钢锭平均钢锭利用率和探伤合格率低的问题,对影响品质的相关因素进行了统计分析,得知因冒口补缩效果差引起的裂纹和疏松缺陷占不合格钢锭总量的50%以上;并分析了影响冒口补缩效果的因素及具体表现。然后,通过改良绝热板材质、调整浇注制度,进而降低冒容比,使钢锭的探伤合格率由不足90%提升至96%(以大棒为验收标准),钢锭利用率由80%提升至88%。
For the problem of low average utilization rate and flaw detection eligibility rate, the related factors which affect the quality were analyzed. The survey shows that the rate of crack and shrinkage defects caused by the riser section feeding effect is more than 50%. The factors that influence the riser section feeding effect and the specific performance were analyzed. Then by improving the material of heat insulation board and adjusting the gating system, reducing the riser volume ratio, the flaw detection eligibility rate can increase from less than 90% to 96%, the utilization rate can increase from 80% to 88%.
