摘要
基于EDEM离散元软件,对双卧轴搅拌机在不同的搅拌方式的情况下混合物料搅拌均匀性进行仿真分析,探究搅拌方式对混合过程的影响。首先从理论上分析振动搅拌对拌和物均匀性的影响;采用Hertz-Mindlin with JKR模型模拟了两种搅拌方式的混合过程,最后对比不同搅拌方式的情况下不同粒径颗粒的离散系数以及颗粒的碰撞次数随时间的变化情况。综合仿真情况得出:相比于普通静力搅拌,振动搅拌时物料之间的接触次数更多,混合料的均匀性更佳;是一种更理想的搅拌方式。
Based on the discrete element software EDEM, influence of the mixing method on the mixing process is studied through simulation analysis of the mixing material uniformity of the twin-shaft mixer with different mixing methods in this pa- per. Firstly, the effect of vibratory mixing on the mixing uniformity is analyzed; secondly, Hertz-Mindlin with JKR model is used to simulate the mixing process in different methods ; finally, the discrete coefficients of particle with different radius and the change of collision frequency with time are compared with different mixing methods. It is concluded from comprehensive simulation that comparing with the ordinary static mixing method, vibratory mixing can make more contact times between the materials and better uniformity of mixture, thus it is an ideal way of mixing.
