摘要
为了研究两车发生小重叠正面斜角碰撞事故时车体的耐撞性,联合Hyper Works和LS-DYNA软件建立了两车以48 km/h呈15°角发生碰撞的有限元模型。通过对该种碰撞工况的仿真计算,从碰撞侧B柱下端加速度、前围板侵入量云图和车身变形三个方面进行分析,结果表明:乙车的车体结构耐撞性较甲车更差。
In order to research the body erashworthiness of passenger car in small overlap fi'onla[ oblique impact accident, finite element model of collision that lwo car's initial velocity is 48 km/h in 15° angle is developed by using the HyperWorks and LS-DYNA software in this paper. Through simulatiug calculation of such collision cundi/ion, analysis on the following three aspects are conducted, which are the acceleration-lime curve of boltom B pillar, the nephogram of dash panel intrusion, and the body defimnation. The resuhs shou thai the car body structure crashwurthiness of ear B is worse than that of car A.
