摘要
使用LS-DYNA针对某型客车约束隔板进行了仿真和改进,改进后的隔板满足了GB13057标准要求。基于该仿真和改进工作,总结了客车约束隔板在做损伤试验时假人头部伤害普遍偏高的原因,发现对于客车约束隔板标准GB11550的试验方法和要求不能与标准GB13057中的动态损伤试验等效,并且探讨了如何降低客车约束隔板后方乘员的伤害,提出了设计改进思路以供设计人员参考。
In tile article, a type of coach restraint bulkhead is simulated and improved by using the LS-DYNA so as to meet the requirements of the standard GB13057. Based on the simulation and improvement, reasnns of why dummy head injury al ways so high in coach restraint bulkhead dynamic tests are stmunarized, and it is found that for the coach restraint bulkhead, the test method and requirement of standard GB11550 cannot be equivalent to the dynamic test in standard GBI3057. The methods and design route of decreasing the head injury of passengers behind the coach restraint bulkhead are also discussed for the reference to designers.
