边界润滑机理在轮对压装中的应用研究

摘要 铁路货车轮对压装是典型的重载、慢速的、有润滑的滑动摩擦过程。基于摩擦学的边界润滑机理分析轮对压装中摩擦副的形成过程及润滑失效的机理,结合生产经验确定了轮对压装中的配件损伤原因,并提出相应的改进措施。以轮座直径尺寸为Ф210 mm的50钢RE2B型车轴和HESA型辗钢车轮为例,验证了改进措施的有效性。 The wheel-set press mounting process of railway wagon is a typical heavy load, slow speed, and sliding friction process with lubrication. Based on the boundary lubrication mechanism of tribology, the forming process of the friction pair and the failure mechanism of lubrication in the wheel-set press mounting process are analyzed in this paper. According to the production experience, the wheel-set damage reasons are confirmed, and the corresponding improvement measures are proposed. Finally, taking the wheel seat RE2B 50 type and HESA type axle steel whose diameters are both 210mm as examples, the effectiveness of the improvement measures is thus verified.
