摘要
借助计算机辅助波纹法兰塑料保护盖的模具设计实例,从工艺分析、自动分模、型芯设计、模架选择到模具的装配,详细介绍了注射模的设计过程,得出UG Mold Wizard和CAXA在注塑模设计中的优化使用方案及具体实施办法,对于模具设计具有较强的指导作用,为模具设计的教学提供真实的案例。
In this paper, based on Ihe mold design example of ripple flange plastic protective cover with computer aided design, design process of the injection mould is introduced in detail, which includes the process analysis, automatic parting, core design, furmwork selection, and mold assembly. Finally, the optimized operational scheme and specific implementation method of the UG MohIWizard and CAXA in injection mold design are obtained. The practice shows that it has strong guiding role for the moht design, and could provide real cases for teaching of the mold design.
