摘要
主油泵浮动轴承作为蒸汽轮机主油泵结构的重要组成部分,其加工质量的好坏将直接影响整台蒸汽轮机机组安全性。对某公司近期蒸汽轮机主油泵浮动轴承制造过程中出现巴氏合金脱壳的问题进行了细致的分析与研究,通过前期不断的加工试验,分析研究巴氏合金脱壳的原因,最终提出了对应的解决措施,确保了轴承巴氏合金质量的稳定提高。
