润滑用油中微水在线测量技术

摘要 为实现润滑油中微水的在线监测,通过对传统油中微水检测方法的研究,提出了一种高精度油中微水在线监测方法。该方法基于谐振腔内填充物发生微小变化时对电磁分布产生影响,进而引起微波谐振腔的谐振频率发生相应变化的原理,通过对谐振频率的监测,实现油中微水在线监测。研究结果表明,采用的方法能够实现油中微水高精度在线监测。 To achieve the online monitoring of the trace water in lubricating oil, through studying the traditional detection method, a high-precision method of the online monitoring of moisture content in oil has been proposed in this paper. The method is based on the theory that the resonant frequency in the microwave cavity would change according to perturbation of the electromagnetic distribution caused by subtle changes of the filling materials in the microwave cavity, thus the on-line monito- ring of the moisture contents in oil can be realized by supervising the resonant frequeney. The results show that this method can realize high-precision on-line monitoring of moisture in oil.
