铝合金轮毂轮辋字符识别研究

摘要 为解决生产过程中轮毂识别问题,针对轮毂轮辋曲面的特点设计了图像预处理方案,进行了图像滤波,采用了边缘分割(Canny算子)对图像进行边缘提取,完成了参数设置,实现了轮辋字符信息提取。试验结果表明,该铝合金轮毂轮辋字符识别系统实现了轮毂的自动识别。 Aiming at solving the problem of character identification of wheels, image preprocessing program is designed and the image is fihered based on the characteristics of curved rim surface of wheels, and then canny operator is applied to pick up the edges of image and to set the parameters, the character on the wheel can be identified at last. The test results indicate that the character on the wheel can be identified autonmtieally by using this aluminum wheel rim character identification system.
