摘要
大螺距梯形螺纹数控车加工一直以来就是一个难点。介绍了一种加工梯形螺纹的通用宏程序,对于不同梯形螺纹的车削,只需改变程序中的变量参数即可。采用一层三进刀方式进行车削,合理递减切削深度,以粗加工控制螺纹小径,精加工螺纹两侧控制螺纹中径的方式来保证螺纹精度。为今后企业中数控车车削大螺距梯形螺纹提供了有益的参考。
The processing for coarse pitch trapezoidal thread based on numerical control lathe has always been a difficulty. In this paper, a general macroinstruction program for processing the trapezoidal thread is introduced; for different trapezoidal thread cutting, only need to change the variable parameters of the program. A layer of three cutting feed way is used for turning, decreasing the turning depth reasonably. The way that rough machining is used to control the minor diameter of thread, while finish machining method on both sides of the thread to control the pitch diameter of thread could ensure the accuracy of thread. It would provide instructive reference for turning the coarse pitch trapezoidal thread based on numerical control lathe in the enterprises in future.
