摘要
以钢轨输送辊道线为研究对象,根据辊道线的使用特性,对原辊道线平辊、立辊、动力辊及其它部件在使用过程中存在的缺点进行分析,并进行了重新优化改造,既满足了使用要求,又降低了加工、维修、使用成本。
In this paper, the rail conveying roller line is set as the research object, according to the characteristics of roller line, shortcomings of the flat roll, vertical roll, driving roller and other components of the original line roller in using process are analyzed and optimized transformation. Such optimization could not only meet the requirements, but also reduce the cost of processing, maintenance and use.
