Design of Flaskless Molding Technics for Aluminum Melting Furnace Casting

针对砂型铸造在小型铸件生产方面成本长期居高不下的问题,我公司在熔铝炉铸件生产过程中,根据铸件的尺寸和结构,合理选择分型面和吃砂量,采用无箱造型、一箱成型、叠箱浇注工艺进行生产,使得其生产成本得到了大幅度的降低,并有效的保证了铸件的质量,提高了工人的劳动生产率。

Aiming at the high cost problem of sand casting in small casting product, our company rationally selects the parting surface and mold thickness according to the size and structure of the cast in producing process of the aluminum melting furnace casting. The flaskless molding, one case molding, and stack moldingtechnology are adopted in the casting production, thus the production cost has been greatly reduced, and could effectively guarantee the quality of castings, improve the labor productivi- ty of workers.
