摘要
为了得到零件制造过程需要的尺寸,在焊接加工零件设计图纸主要标注加工尺寸和加工余量、没有直接标注焊接尺寸的情况下,经过解有加工尺寸、焊接尺寸和加工余量组成的工艺尺寸链得到焊接尺寸。根据机械零件设计图镀铬后尺寸公差和镀铬层厚度,经过工艺尺寸链计算得到零件镀铬前尺寸公差。所得到的制造尺寸控制零件制造质量达到设计要求。
In order to get the required dimension in the manufacturing process of production, in the situation of indicated machining dimension and machining allowace on the drawing of machine element for steel structure, the welding dimension is obtained by calculating the process dimension chain, which consists of machining dimension, welding dimension and machining allowaee. According to the dimensional tolerance of machine element after chromium-plating and the depth of chromium-plat- ing lay on drawing of machin element, the dimension tolerance of machine element before chromium-plating is got through ca- culating the process dimension chain. The manufacturing dimension control quality of manufacture element would reach the re- quirements.
