摘要
高速加工(HSM)技术是一种高效、优质、低耗的先进制造技术,具有强大的生命力和广阔的应用前景。对高速切削刀具的磨损形貌分析,对陶瓷刀具的磨损机理,立方氮化硼刀具、金刚石刀具、涂层刀具和硬质合金高速切削刀具的研究进展进行综述,对高速加工铸铁的刀具磨损寿命,淬火钢和镍基合金进行了讨论。
The high speed machining (HSM) technology is an efficient, high quality, and low consumption advanced manu- facturing technology, which has strong vitality and broad application prospect. The wear morphology of high-speed cutting tools is analyzed in this paper, and the wear mechanism of ceramic cutting tools, cubic boron nitride cutting tools, diamond tools, coated cutting tools and the carbide cutting tools at high speed machining are reviewed, the tool wear life in high speed machining cast iron, hardened steel mad nickel base alloy are also discussed.
