摘要
在分析手工山楂去核过程的基础上,设计出一种山楂自动去核及其成串机,以达到提高山楂去核效率和质量的目的。山楂自动去核及其成串机由去核送料机构、冲压去核机构、成串送料机构、成串机构、机架和控制系统等部件组成。送料机构由电机驱动,通过链条带动山楂盒做单向水平运动,实现进料功能。冲压去核机构由曲柄连杆机构带动滑块在轨道的约束下沿直线运动,实现刀具去核动作。成串送料机构由曲柄连杆带动推块将去核后的山楂推至固定位置,实现山楂成串功能。
On the basis of analyzing the process of manual removal hawthorn nuclear, an automatic machine is designed to remove nuclear and string hawthorn, in order to improve the efficiency and quality of remove hawthorn nuclear. The automatic machine to denucleate and string hawthorn is composed of removal nuclear feeding mechanism, punching remove nuclear mechanism, string feeding mechanism, string mechanism, frame and control system. The feeding mechanism is driven by the motor, so that the chain drive the hawthorn box to move along one-way horizon, and the feeding function is realized. The punching mechanism is driven by the crank and connecting rod, the slider can move linearly under the constraint of the track so as to realize the precise movement of the tool to remove nuclear. String feeding mechanism drives the push block movement through a crank and connecting rod mechanism, the denucleated hawthorns are pushed to the fixed position, and they are strung by steel chisel.
