早熟禾属8种牧草苗期抗旱性鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 为筛选出适应青海湖流域干旱环境的草本。试验选取8份来自不同地区的早熟禾属(Poa)种质材料进行抗旱性研究,对牧草苗期进行连续干旱,并测定干旱第0d、5d、10d的细胞膜透性、MDA、可溶性糖、脯氨酸和叶绿素的含量,运用Fuzzy数学中隶属函数法进行抗旱性综合评判,比较50种材料的抗旱性强弱。结果表明,连续干旱胁迫下,8种早熟禾随着胁迫强度的增大和时间的延长叶绿素含量显著降低(P<0.05),且种间也具显著差异(P<0.05);而细胞膜透性、脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖含量显著增加(P<0.05),且种间也具显著差异(P<0.05);经评定披早熟禾属牧草苗期抗旱性顺序为:青海草地早熟禾>509-073>I-3-1-8>I-3-27-3>I-3-25-8>I-3-26-7>I-3-25-3>09-329。 In order to screen out a herbage which suite a drought ecosystem in Qinghai lake basin, eight Poa mate- rials from different areas were as experimental materials for drought -resistance research. The cell membrane permea- bility, content of MDA, soluble sugar, proline, chlorophyll were determinate in 0d,5d, 10d respectively. The drought resistance ability was evaluated by fuzzy mathematics method. The results indicated that the content of chlorophyll of every herbage decreased significantly with increasing the drought stress intensive and time extending ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , there is significant difference between species ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ,but cell membrane permeability, content of MDA, solu- ble sugar, proline increased significantly with increasing the drought stress intensive and time extending ( P 〈 0. 05) , there is significant difference between species ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ,. The drought resistance ability of 8 Poa gramineous grass species was evaluated as : Poa pratensis cv. Qinghai 〉 509 - 073 〉 I - 3 - 1 - 8 〉 I - 3 - 27 - 3 〉 I - 3 -25 -8 〉I-3 -26 -7 〉I-3 -25 -3 〉09 -329;
