摘要
采用333.33 tex/2 760 f的UHMWPE纤维编织立体成形针织物增强体,结合E-44环氧树脂和650聚酰胺树脂制作复合材料模型。结合编织试验,确定雷达罩、火箭、潜艇等模型的立体成形针织物编织参数,详细阐述模型规格、工艺设计要点、编织工艺等。通过手糊方式将环氧树脂涂覆于编织好的UHMWPE纤维立体成形针织物表面,制造出UHMWPE纤维立体成形针织物与环氧树脂复合材料模型,包括雷达罩模型、火箭模型、潜艇模型以及其他立体结构模型,为立体成形复合材料的研究提供参考。
By using the 333.33 tex/2 760 f UHMWPE fiber, the 3D knitted composite was prepared by using the E-44 epoxy and the 650 polyamide. In terms of the experiment, the knitting parameters of three-dimensionalknitted reinforcement were determined in terms of applications such as radomes, rocket and submarine, in addition, this paper introduces the model's specifications, processing design keys-points and knitting technology. The epoxy resin was coated on the surface of the knitted composite fabric by hand, which produce the three-dimensional molding knitted composite materials pattern, such as model of radomes, rocket and submarine.
