摘要 介绍了蓄热发光新材料的应用领域,研究分析了蓄热发光新材料的机理。通过列举蓄热发光高分子纤维材料的性能,阐述蓄热发光材料的特点和用途,并提出了当前在该领域存在的技术难题及新产品开发的技术关键。重点结合自主研发的专利技术及新产品,介绍蓄热发光材料在纺织领域的应用,并在产品开发中从织物组织结构、上机工艺、前处理、染色、化学整理等多方面着手研究了防止蓄热发光材料功能性衰减的新工艺,阐述了这项技术的可行性、可复制性和可实施性。 The application field of the new material of the heat storage and regenerative luminescence was in- troduced, and the mechanism of the new heat storage and regenerative luminescent material was studied and ana- lyzed. The properties and applications of heat storage and regenerative luminescent materials were described by.list- ing the properties of the heat storage and regenerative luminescent materials. And it puts forward the cmTent tech- nical problems and key technology in this field about new product development. It also introduced heat storage and regenerative luminescent materials in the field of textiles combine independent research, patented technology, and new products development. The technology of preventing the functional attenuation of heat storage and regenerative luminescent materials was studied from the aspects of fabric structure, fabric manufacture, pretreatment, dyeing and chemical finishing about product development process. In addition, it described the feasibility, replicability and practi- cability of this technology.
