Clinical Experience of Professor HAN Xu on Treating Elderly Hypertension

本文系统阐述了韩旭教授治疗老年高血压的经验,他认为老年人肝肾亏虚为高血压发病之本,肝肾阴阳失调是基本病机。临床观察老年高血压可分为阴虚阳亢、阴阳两虚、阳虚三大证型,本文从这三方面介绍韩旭教授从阴阳论治的经验及处方用药特色,并列举了一例验案。

This article elaborates the professor HAN Xu＇s experience in the treatment of elderly hypertension. He thinks the liver and kidney deficiency is the foundation of elderly hypertension incidence, the disorder of Yin and Yang about liver and kid- ney is the basic pathogenesis. Clinical observation in elderly hypertension can be divided into Yin deficiency and Yang excess, Yin and Yany deficiency, Yang deficiency. This article introduces professor HAN＇s experience about the treatment of Yin and Yaug, prescription medicine features from the three aspects, and lists the test case.
