人参皂苷Rg1对大鼠Ⅲ型前列腺炎血清细胞免疫因子的影响

Effect of Ginseng Saponin for Serum Immune Factors in Rats with Type Ⅲ Prostatitis

目的:探讨人参皂苷Rg1对大鼠Ⅲ型前列腺炎血清IL-8、TGFβ、IL4、TNF-α的影响。方法:选取大鼠100只,双侧睾丸切除去势,随机分为四组,空白组、模型组、低剂量组、高剂量组,每组25只,低、高剂量组分别用不同浓度人参皂苷Rg I腹腔注射,空白组和模型组用等量生理盐水注射,分别在第4周检测IL-8、TGFβ、IL4、TNF-α的含量及各组大鼠的一般状态。结果:空白组、模型组、低剂量组、高剂量组的IL-8、TGFβ、IL4、TNF-α经方差分析,均有统计学意义;与空白组相比,其它三组的上述免疫指标均有统计学意义;与模型组相比,低剂量组、高剂量组的上述免疫指标均具有统计学意义。模型组大鼠的体毛稀松,精神较差,腹部稍彭隆,肌力减弱;治疗组体毛增多,精神状态改善,腹部及肌力与空白组相近;各组在分组后第1天及第28天体重变化无明显差异。结论:人参皂苷Rg I能有效减轻大鼠Ⅲ型前列腺炎的免疫反应。

Objective： To study the difference of serum immune factors, IL-8, TGFβ, IIA, TNF-α, in rats with type Ⅲ prostatitis treated by Ginseng saponin. Methods： Choosing 100 rats, castrated bilateral testes excision, randomly divided into four groups, the blank group, model group, low dose group, high dose group, each group had 25 rats, only the low and the high dose group, respectively with different concentrations of ginseng saponin Rgl from intraperitoneal injection, the blank group and the model group with the same physiological saline injection, respectively analysis of the serum concentration of IL-8, TGFβ, IL4, TNF-α and rat＇s general status in each group. Results ： The serum concentration of IL-8, TGFβ, IIA, TNF-α in rat of the blank group, the model group, the low dose group, the high dose group via analysis of variance, had statistical significance ; compared with the blank group, the serum concentration of immune indexes in the other three groups had statistical significance; compared with the model group, the serum concentration of immune indexes in the low dose group, the high dose group had statistically sig- nificant. The model group rats had worse body hair, worse mental state, abdominal slightly bulge, worse strength weakened; but the treatment group had better body hair, better mental state, the abdomen and muscle was similar to the blank group ; the change in rat weight in 1 day and 28 days after the grouping had no difference among all groups. Conclusion ： Ginseng saponin RgI can ef- fectively reduce immune responsein rats with type III prostatitis.
