补阳还五汤加味治疗中风后偏瘫临床研究

Clinical Study of Using Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the Treatment of Hemiplegia after Stroke

目的:观察补阳还五汤治疗中风后遗症偏瘫患者的临床效果。方法:选取2015年1月~2016年1月在本院康复中心进行康复治疗的120例中风后偏瘫患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法分为中医组、对照组各60例,所有患者均给予基础的康复训练和治疗,中医组给同时加用补阳还五汤治疗1个疗程。结果:治疗前,中医组和对照组患者的NIHSS、Fuel-Meyer及Bathel指数评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,中医组患者的NIHSS评分较治疗前显著的低于对照组,Fuel-Meyer及Bathel指数评分显著的高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,中医组和对照组患者的股四头肌RMS、FM测定值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,中医组患者的股四头肌RMS测定值显著的高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,中医组的总有效率91.67%显著的高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤治疗中风后遗症偏瘫患者能够显著的改善患者神经功能缺损症状、日常生活活动能力,对中分偏瘫患者的康复治疗具有积极作用。

Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect of Buyang Hhuanwu Decoction in the treatment of five patients with apoplectic hemiplegia. Methods ： Selected 120 patients after stroke hemiplegia patients from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital rehabilitation center were randomly divided into TCM group and controlled group, 60 eases in each group. All patients were given basic rehabilitation training and treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine group was added at the same time with Buyang Hhuanwu Decoction of a course of treatment. Results ： Before treatment, TCM group and the controlled group of patients with NIHSS, Fuel-Meyer and Bathel index scores were not significantly different （P 〉 0. 05） ; after treatment, the board of pa- tients NIHSS score before treatment was significantly lower than the controlled group, significantly higher than Fuel-Meyer and Bathel index score （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; before treatment, Chinese medicine group and the control group of patients with quadriceps RMS, FM measurement value difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0. 05 ） ; 76. 67% after treatment, the total effi- ciency rate was 91. 67% which was significantly higher than the controlled group; after treatment, quadriceps RMS measured values of the TCM group were significantly higher than the controlled group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Buyang Huanwu Decoction treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia sequelae can significantly improve symptoms in patients with neurological impairment, activities of daily living, rehabilitation treatment of patients with hemiplegia carve has a positive effect.
