杵针在髋关节置换术后早期康复护理中的研究

Study of Pestle Needle Used in Aarly Rehabilitation Nursing after Total Hip Replacement

目的:观察杵针疗法在髋关节置换术后早期康复护理的效果。方法:将2014年10月~2015年12月在我院骨科行人工髋关节置换术的64例患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组32例,对照组32例,其中对照组按照髋关节置换术后护理常规进行治疗,观察组在此基础上给予杵针治疗,每日1次,5日1疗程,共4疗程后随访三周以上观察疗效。结果:两组治疗有明显差异,通过对两组患者术后2天、5天、1周、2周、3周在静息状态下的疼痛评估,观察组患者疼痛程度明显低于对照组(p均<0.05),观察组优于对照组。结论:通过杵针治疗能改善微循环,减轻关节周围的肌筋膜粘连,对减轻疼痛有较好的疗效,促进早日康复,且杵针具有操作方便、无破皮伤肌之苦及创痕感染之忧特点,患者易于接受,妇孺皆无惧怯,疗效肯定,值得推广。

Objective ： Observing the effect of using pestle needle therapy in the treatment of early rehabilitation nursing after total hip replacement. Methods： From October 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital, 64 cases of orthopedic pedestrian hip ar- throplasty patients of were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group, 32 cases in each group, the controlled group treated in accordance with routine method, the observation group was given pestle needle treatment on the basis of the con- trolled gorup, once a day, 5 days a course of treatment, after a total of 4 courses follow-up for more than three weeks to observe the curative effect. The treatment in the two groups had significant difference, through to the two groups of patients after 2 days, 5 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks in the resting state of pain assessment was observed groups of patients with pain were signifi- cantly lower than those of the controlled group （P 〈 0. 05） , the observation group was better than the controlled group. Conclu- sion： The pestle needle therapy can improve microcirculation, alleviate periarticular muscle fascial adhesions and to relieve the pain has good curative effect, and promote an early recovery and pestle needle has convenient operation, without breaking the skin injury muscle pain and scar infection free characteristics, and is easy to be accepted by patients, women and children, all without fear, curative effect is good and is worthy of popularization.
