摘要
目的:观察耳穴压籽对贝尔麻痹患者的影响。方法:将60例贝尔麻痹患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,于治疗28天后观察疗效。结果:通过28天治疗得出:治疗组愈显率为83.33%,痊愈率为53.33%;而对照组愈显率为66.67%,痊愈率为36.67%。两组间愈显率和痊愈率比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压籽法可以说是一种方便简单的治疗周围性面神经麻痹的护理手段,值得推广。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular acupressure in patients with bell palsy. Methods： 60 pa- tients with bell palsy were divided into treatment group and controlled group. Each group had 30 cases. 28 days after the treat- ment, the curative efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results ： 28 days after the treatment, the cure rate of the treatment group was 53. 33% and the effective rate of the treatment group was 83. 33%. The cure rate of the controlled group was 36. 67% and the effective rate of the controlled group was 66. 67%. The comparison between the cure rate and the effective rate of the two groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Auricular acupressure can improve the clinical efficacy in bell palsy patients.
