传统农区三次产业融合发展水平研究——以山东省为例

Study on Integrative Development Level of Traditional Agricultural Area's Three Industries——The Case of Shandong Province

以传统农区山东省作为研究区域,建立三次产业融合发展指标体系,采用熵值法、系统耦合协调度模型等方法分析2005—2015年三个时间点上三次产业融合发展水平的时空演变规律和特征。结果表明:近年来,山东三次产业融合发展的综合水平呈上升状态,五大地区符合整体趋势,鲁东>鲁北>鲁西>鲁中>鲁南;三次产业融合发展耦合度不高,正处于拮抗阶段,即将步入磨合期,呈"先升后降"的小幅度波动趋势,且鲁南>鲁北>鲁中>鲁东>鲁西,表明其耦合度仍有较大提升空间;就协调度而言,协调度呈上升趋势,具有"自东向西"扩散分布的地域性差异,轻度失调数量减少至日照1市,勉强协调数量增加至青岛、威海、东营、淄博、聊城5市。最后提出了相应的结论和针对性建议。

By using the way of the entropy - weighing method and coupling coordination degree model, this paper established the comprehensive evaluation index system and analyzed the temporal and spatial evolution law and characteristics and festivals of traditional agricultural area＇s Shandong Province at three time points of 2000- 2015 years. It made the main conclusions as follows：The comprehensive level of the three industries develop- ment convergence in Shandong was on the rise. Meanwhile, the five major regions of Shandong Province also met this overall trend. While it decreased from Ludong to Lubei, Luxi, Luzhong and Lunan. Its three industrial integration degree was not high and at the antagonistic stage. The coupling degree had a small amplitude fluctuation trend of after the first rise and fall. From the regional perspective, the integration degree decreased from Lunan to Lubei, Luzhong, Ludong and Luxi. It was showed that the coupling degree still had a great room for improvement. As far as the coordination degree was concerned,it showed tendency to ascend. Furthermore, the coordination degree existed regional differences and showed the spread layout of from east to west. The number of mild disorder reduced to only Rizhao and the number of barely coordinate increased to Qingdao, Weihai, Dongying, Zibo, Liao- beng five cities. Finally, this paper proposed the main conclusions and corresponding suggestions.
