摘要 利用热力学软件JMatPro分析700℃等级汽轮机焊接转子材料HAYNES282的合金元素对平衡相析出行为的影响,在此基础上分析研究焊缝微观组织。结果表明,282合金的热力学平衡析出相为γ、γ′、MC、M_6C、M_(23)C_6、M_3B_2、σ、μ,各析出相的含量与温度具有一定的规律性,元素含量的变化对平衡态的析出相有直接影响。从微观组织可以看出,固溶后的焊缝出现栅状组织,在焊缝一次枝晶内沿枝晶生长方向线性排列,但取向各异。焊缝组织析出相主要为(Cr、Fe、Mo)_(23)C_6、(Mo,Co,Fe)_6C。 By using thermodynamic analysis software JMatPro 700 grade turbine rotor welding materials HAYNES282 to balance the influence of the phase separation behavior of chemical elements,On the basis of the analysis of its weldability and welding mechanism research Results indicate that,282 alloy thermodynamic equilibrium of the precipitated phase of gamma,gamma and MC,M_6C and M_(23)C_6,M_3B_2,sigma,mu,the content of the precipitated phase and the temperature has a certain regularity,the change of elements content of equilibrium precipitated phase has a direct impact. As can be seen from the microstructure,the microstructure of the welded joint after the solid fusion is in a linear arrangement along the dendrite growth direction,but the orientation is different. The main phase of the weld microstructure is(Cr,Fe,Mo)_(23)C_6,(Mo,Co,Fe)_6C.
