摘要
摘锭锥齿轮作为连接摘锭座管与摘锭的重要部件,工作特点主要表现为持续地高速旋转,摘锭锥齿轮的工作状态影响着采棉头的故障率。本研究首先运用三维软件Solid Works精确地建立摘锭锥齿轮的模型,然后利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对摘锭齿轮副进行了静力学分析,同时得到六面体网格的精确应力云图,最后,把有限元分析的结果和疲劳分析软件Femfat相结合,实现摘锭锥齿轮的疲劳寿命预测。研究结果主要得出摘锭锥齿轮的疲劳时间。
This paper propose a new method to replace spindle based on Fatigue life prediction. The spindle is chiefly featured by large quantity, long continuous working time and so on, The life of the spindle bevel gears is one of the important factors to decide whether or not to replace the spindle. As an important part of connecting the spindle tube and the spindle, fatigue life prediction of the spindle bevel gear is of great significance to reduce the failure rate of cotton picker. The work of data acquisition conditions of cotton picker spindle bevel gear, Stress analysis and fatigue life analysis of bevel gear using finite element software, Finally can predict the fatigue life of the bevel gear. The analysis results can make more accurate prediction of the service time of the spindle bevel gears.
