摘要
为了提高回收空瓶及空瓶塑料周转箱的洁净度,研制了一款全自动超声波洗箱机。对现有超声波洗箱机的水箱结构和主传动装置进行了改进,并重新设计了进出箱装置和箱笼,然后利用SolidWorks对改进后的超声波洗箱机的洗箱主机、进箱装置和出箱装置进行了结构设计,最后完成全自动超声波洗箱机的虚拟样机,为后续的运动仿真提供了设计基础。
In order to improve the cleanliness of the empty bottles and plastic boxes, automatic ultrasonic boxtype bottle washing machine is developed. The structure of water tank and main driving device of ultrasonic boxtype bottle washing machine are improved, the box and inlet and outlet device are redesigned. The Structure ofhost, inlet and outlet device of automatic ultrasonic box type washing bottle machine are designed based onSolidWorks. Finally, the virtual prototype of the automatic ultrasonic box type washing bottle machine iscompleted to provide the basis for the following motion simulation.
