摘要
针对传统波瓦成型吸盘质量大、平稳性差、磨损变形严重等缺陷,设计了一种新型波瓦成型吸盘,它由轻质铝型材、导向装置、同步装置、缓冲装置和气缸组成。通过对波瓦成型吸盘的成型原理和成型结构进行分析,详细阐述了此新型波瓦成型吸盘的结构形式及特点,并将其与传统波瓦成型吸盘进行了质量、最小成型力及单片瓦坯成型时间实验测试,对比分析结果表明新型波瓦成型吸盘的各项性能均优于传统波瓦成型吸盘。实践生产证明:该新型吸盘具有质量小、平稳性高、阻力低、磨损变形小等特点。
According to the defects in traditional cement corrugated sheets that large mass, poor stationarity,heavily worn deformation, a new forming sucker of cement corrugated sheets is designed, which constitute byaluminum profile, guarding device, synchronizer, buffer device and cylinder. Through the analysis of theforming principle and structure of forming sucker of cement corrugated sheets, the structure and features of thisnew forming sucker was elaborated in detail, and then the experimental tests of molding quality, minimumforming force and single tile forming time between the new forming sucker and traditional were carried out, theresults show that the performance of the new sucker is superior to the traditional cement corrugated sheets. It hasbeen proved that the new forming sucker have characterize for its little quality, great sperling, low resistance andslight wear deformation.
