科举考试公平效用对普通高校招生管理的启示

Fair utility of China's ancient imperial examination and its enlightenment to the enrollment management of current colleges and universities

科举考试由于过度偏重防范作弊、过度追求公平而逐渐偏离了选才的目标,失去了选才的功效,最终走向衰亡。普通高考因为防弊、公平、管理等问题陷入了唯文化课分数录取的局面,偏离了教育方针和招生原则。为了保障新一轮考试招生制度改革顺利实施,促进普通高校招生选人、育人制度健康发展,应以古为鉴。要从思想与认知上提升,确立科学的高考公平观;要从制度与措施上创新,构建科学的选才体系;要从实施及监督上强化管理,杜绝防弊倒逼的负效应。

Because of excessive prevention of cheating and pursuit of fairness, the imperial examination gradually deviated from the goal of talent selection, lost its function of talent selection and finally died out. Currently, because of issues such as cheating prevention, fairness and management, the college entrance examination is faced with a dilemma of sole indicator for enrollment, i.e. the entrance examination score. This absolutely deviates from the education policy and admission principles. In order to ensure successful implementation of the new-round reform of college enrollment system and facilitate healthy development of college enrollment system and education system, we should attach great importance to learning lessons of history and improving ideology and cognition to establish a correct and scientific college entrance examina- tion concept of fairness and innovation in system and corresponding measures to construct a scientific talent selection system, and management should be improved in implementation and supervision to completely e- radicate negative effects brought by cheating prevention.
