摘要
机器人的位置精度是衡量机器人工作性能的一个重要指标。对机器人位置精度的分析是实现机器人精度控制的前提,是机器人正常工作、实现高精度作业的保证,同时直接关系到企业的生产效率,所以研究机器人的位置精度具有十分重要的工程应用价值和理论指导意义。利用单激光跟踪干涉仪法对某公司码垛机器人的性能进行测试,然后通过计算对其位置准确性和位置重复性进行评估,以达到对机器人位置精度分析的目的。
The robot's position accuracy is an important indicator to measure the performanee of the robot. The analysis of position accuracy is the prerequisite to realize the precision eonlrol of robot and the guarantee for the normal operation and the high precision op- eration. It is also directly related to the production efficiency of the enterprise. So its study has very impnrtant engineering application value and theoretical significance. A single laser tracking interferometer method was used to test performance of palletizing robot. Then, by means of calculation, its accuracy of the position and repeatability of position are evalualed so as to achieve the purpose of the posi- tion accuracy analysis of robot.
