摘要
为解决卸砖机生产效率低、砖块易翻倒、可靠性差等问题,设计了两端夹紧式卸砖机末端执行装置。设计过程中利用ANSYS软件对执行装置中的夹板进行静态分析和模态分析,进而对其结构进行了优化,分析结果表明:优化后的夹板结构满足强度和刚度的应用要求,减轻了质量,提高了执行装置整体的动态特性,并为进一步探讨卸砖机末端执行装置结构的强度和优化提供理论支持。
Designed a unloading brick machine and device which is both ends clamping type to solve the problem of unloading brick machine's low-efficiency and poor reliability. What's more, use the ANSYS software to give the static analysis and modal analysis to the playwood which is in the perform unit and then to optimize its' structure. And the analysis result shows that the plywood structure has already satisfied the application requirements from strength and stiffness and reduce the quality. In this way, it has improve the reli- ability of perform unit and offer the theoretical support to have a further discussion about the strengthening and optimization of unloading brick machine and device.
