摘要
设计了一种脉冲式激光测距系统。采用SPLLL90半导体激光二极管,AD500-9型光电探测器实现光电转换。为提高脉冲激光飞行的时间测量精度,采用时间数字转换芯片TDC-GP22,单片机通过SPI接口技术读取测量结果,经单片机处理后的数据传给LCD12864显示器。测试结果表明:该测量方法精度达到65 ps,可以满足工业领域的要求。
A pulsed laser ranging system was designed with SPLLL90 semiconductor laser diode and photoelectric conversion of AD500-9 photoelectric detector. In order to enhance time measurement accuracy, a time digital converter chip TDC-GP22 was used. Microcontroller read the measurement results with SPI interface technology. Then the records were not transmitted to the LCD12864 in- dicator until they were processed by STM32. The test results indicate that the precision can reach 65 ps and it can meet the require- ments of industrial domain.
