摘要 介绍了一种新型低Si孕育剂在灰铸铁件上的应用,首先在试验工厂验证其孕育效果,然后在铸造生产线上进行小批量试验,经过试验调整后,铸件的金相组织和力学性能均合格,将该孕育剂用于铸件的大批量生产,铸件的各项力学性能仍能稳定达标。实践证明:新型低Si孕育剂打破了低Si孕育不好的传统观念,同时,此孕育剂的使用,可以大幅度提高回炉料的加入量,减少废钢、生铁以及合金的使用量,解决铸造企业大量回炉料积压的问题。 The application of a new type of low-Si inculant to gray irons was introduced. At first its inoculation effect was validated in an experimental foundry,then a small batch trial production test on the foundry production line was conducted. After test and adjustment,both the microstructure and mechanical properties of castings had been proved to be qualified, and usage of this inoculant to mass-batch castings production also showed that various mechanical properties still stably met specification requirements. Practice proved that this new type inoculant broke the traditional concept that the low-Si inoculant was poor effect,and further more,the application of this new inoculant could largely increase the usage amount of the returned melting charge, so that the usage amount of the steel scrap and pig iron could be reduced and thereby the problem that large amount of returned melting charge being overstocked was solved.
