摘要
采用动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱研究了L-抗坏血酸在3.5%Na Cl溶液中对Q235钢的电化学行为。电化学测试结果表明,L-抗坏血酸的加入导致Q235电极的腐蚀电位正移,对阳极、阴极反应均有抑制作用,是一种以抑制阴极反应为主的混合型缓蚀剂。L-抗坏血酸在Q235钢表面的吸附遵从Langmuir等温吸附,能够在Q235表面形成吸附型保护膜,阻挡侵蚀性离子的侵蚀。
The inhibition effect of l-ascorbic acid on Q235 steel was investigated by electrochemical polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in 3. 5% Na Cl solution. Electrochemical test results showed that l-ascorbic belonged a mainly cathode-controlling mixing type inhibitor in concrete which inhibits both anode and cathode reaction. The corrosion potential of Q235 electrode was positive shifted. L-ascorbic acted as a mixing type inhibitor in concrete which inhibits both anode and cathode reaction. The adsorption behavior of l-ascorbic acid on Q235 steel was subject to Langmuir adsorption isotherm. The electrochemical reaction can be suppressed by forming an adsorptive protective film on the surface of Q235 steel to block the erosive ions.
