摘要
综述了增稠剂的种类及增稠机理,介绍了增稠剂国内外发展现状及其在各方面的应用,展望了增稠剂的发展前景,并提出了目前的主要研究趋势。
The classification and thickening mechanisms of thickener were summarized. Domestic and overseas actuality of development of thickener and application of thickener in all fields were introduced. The future development prospects of thickener,and primary directions in current research were putted forward.
