沉淀聚合制备单分散聚合物微球的研究进展

Advances in Fabrication of Monodisperse Polymeric Microspheres by Precipitation Polymerization

沉淀聚合是一种常用的制备单分散聚合物微球的方法,聚合过程中无需添加任何助剂。近年来许多研究者对经典沉淀聚合进行了改进,以期在保证微球均匀性的同时提高单体投入量,增加微球收率。本文综述了沉淀聚合法制备单分散微球的技术进展,并展望了其应用前景。

Precipitation polymerization is a traditional method for preparing monodisperse polymeric microspheres without adding any additives. In recent years,many researchers have improved the classical precipitation polymerization,in order to overcome the inherent obstacle,low monomer loading and low microsphere yield,that inhibits large scale-up application of precipitation polymerization. The progress in preparation of monodisperse microspheres by precipitation polymerization is reviewed,and the further applications are prospected.
