新疆药桑叶中五种活性成分的薄层色谱鉴别

Simultaneous Determination of Five Active Ingredients by Thin-Layer Chromatography in The Medicine Mori Folium of Xinjiang

目的:建立新疆药桑叶中同时鉴别五种活性成分的薄层色谱方法。方法:分析不同薄层板、检视方式、展开剂、显色剂对五种活性成分分离的影响。结果:在366nm下以V(甲苯):V(乙酸乙酯):V(甲醇):V(甲酸)=10:3:5:3.5为展开剂在硅胶G高效板上展开,1%三氯化铝为显色剂,药桑叶中芦丁、槲皮素、异槲皮苷、紫云英苷和绿原酸五种成分均得到有效的分离,斑点圆整、清晰,比移值在0.2~0.8之间,符合薄层层析要求。结论:此试验为新疆药桑叶的质量控制提供快速的鉴别方法。

The TLC method was established separate five active ingredient in the mori folium of Xinjiang. Method： The different plate,view mode,developing agent,Color rendering agent were analyzed on the separation of components in the effection of five kinds of active components. Result： In 366 nm toluene,ethyl acetate： methanol,formic acid as expansion agent（ 10： 3： 5： 3. 5）on silica gel G board launched,1% aluminum chloride as chromogenic agent,The rutin,quercetin,isoquercetin,astragalin and chlorogenic acid get effective separation. Conclusion： This test provides rapid identification method for quality control of medicine mulberry in Xinjiang.
