摘要
目的:建立新疆药桑叶中同时鉴别五种活性成分的薄层色谱方法。方法:分析不同薄层板、检视方式、展开剂、显色剂对五种活性成分分离的影响。结果:在366nm下以V(甲苯):V(乙酸乙酯):V(甲醇):V(甲酸)=10:3:5:3.5为展开剂在硅胶G高效板上展开,1%三氯化铝为显色剂,药桑叶中芦丁、槲皮素、异槲皮苷、紫云英苷和绿原酸五种成分均得到有效的分离,斑点圆整、清晰,比移值在0.2~0.8之间,符合薄层层析要求。结论:此试验为新疆药桑叶的质量控制提供快速的鉴别方法。
The TLC method was established separate five active ingredient in the mori folium of Xinjiang. Method: The different plate,view mode,developing agent,Color rendering agent were analyzed on the separation of components in the effection of five kinds of active components. Result: In 366 nm toluene,ethyl acetate: methanol,formic acid as expansion agent( 10: 3: 5: 3. 5)on silica gel G board launched,1% aluminum chloride as chromogenic agent,The rutin,quercetin,isoquercetin,astragalin and chlorogenic acid get effective separation. Conclusion: This test provides rapid identification method for quality control of medicine mulberry in Xinjiang.
