摘要
以伊朗某项目的硫酸卧罐设计为实例,运用PV Elite软件对其鞍座进行计算。在分析过程中,PV Elite校核的鞍座底板厚度一般比国内标准上参照的数值要厚。本文就PV Elite软件对鞍座底板厚度的校核方法进行探讨,从而优化硫酸罐鞍座的结构。
By taking acid storage tank in an Iran project as an example,the saddles of the tank are calculated by the PV Elite software. In the analysis,PV Elite will check the thickness of saddle base plate and the result is generally thicker than the reference value in the domestic standard. This paper discusses the checking method for the thickness of saddle base plate by using PV Elite,in order to optimize the structure of the acid tank saddles.
