摘要
移动式颗粒床除尘冷态试验装置包括含尘气体发生系统、颗粒床除尘系统、精过滤系统、滤料循环再生系统、仪表控制系统等组成,设计需要考虑滤料及尘样的选择,考察运行效果的主要指标为过滤效率及压降,冷态试验可以为以后的热态装置开发提供理论依据和数据,具有较大意义。
Divice of cold state moving granular bed filter included gas-generating system,gas-removing system,material recycling system and control system. Choice of dust and filter material was considered. The main indicators of the experiment were the filtration efficiency and pressure drop. Data could abtained from the cold state experiment to develop granular bed filter for hot gas-cleaning up.
