摘要
经典模糊控制方法虽然可以很好的完成对直流伺服电机的有效控制,但存在动态性能相对差,恢复时间长,超调量大以及稳态精度不够等缺点,本文利用Labview的模糊控制器设计工具进行模糊控制器的设计,通过E6B2-CWZ6C旋转编码器来进行的电机转速的测量,用NI-USB6008完成实时速度采集,将采集的速度值送到PC机,利用Labview软件来进行速度的显示和控制。实验表明该基于Labview的直流伺服电机模糊控制系统具有超调小,调节时间短,跟随性好,稳态精度高的优点。
Conventional fuzzy control method can control the DC motor speed well, but there is a relatively poor dynamic performance, recovery time is long, overshoot is large and parameter adjustment difficulties and so on.The fuzzy controller is designed in this paper by the fuzzy controller design tool of Labview.The speed of motor is measured by the E6B2-CWZ6 C rotary encoder.Real-time speed acquisition is accomplished by data acquisition card NI-USB6008.Sending the collected values to PC, and using Labview software to display and control the motor speed.The experiments show that the fuzzy control system has advantageous of small overshoot, setting time shot, good following performance and high steady state accuracy.
