摘要
目的观察高后凸形态人工晶状体对后光学面-囊膜黏附程度以及囊袋内稳定性的影响。方法术后1天、1周、2周、4周随访,观察人工晶状体后光学面与后囊膜的贴附比例,光学面边缘处的囊袋弯曲速度,偏心量和倾斜度。结果术后1天、1周、2周、4周,贴附比例、囊袋弯曲速度、偏心量的组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1天,倾斜度的组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1周、2周、4周,倾斜度的组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ZCB00组的囊袋弯曲速度与偏心量在术后1天、1周、4周均呈负相关,贴附比例与倾斜度在术后1天、1周、2周、4周均呈负相关。结论高后凸形态人工晶状体更适合囊袋形状,植入后可明显增大后光学面与后囊膜的贴附面积,加快光学面边缘的囊袋弯曲速度,提高人工晶状体在囊袋内的居中性和倾斜稳定性。
Objective To observe the effect of high posterior surface curvature of IOL on posterior optical surface-capsule adhesiveness and intraocutar stability. Methods Postoperative examinations at 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks included posterior capsular adhesion ratio, capsular bend speed in optical edge, the amount of decentration and tilt. Results The difference was statistically significant between two groups in adhesion ratio, capsular bend speed and decentration at each follow-up time. In addition to 1 day after surgery, two groups' difference in tilt was statistically significant at 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks. In ZCB00 group, capsular bend speed and decentration were negative correlation at 1 day, 1 week, 4 weeks, and adhesion ratio and tilt were negative correlation at 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks atter surgery. Conclusion IOL with high posterior surface curvature is more suitable for capsular shape. Alter implantation, it can obviously enlarge the adhesion area of posterior optical surface and posterior capsule, speed up the capsular bend in optical edge and improve intraocular centrality and tilt stability of IOL.
