家兔急性肺水肿模型制备与治疗效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的家兔急性肺水肿模型的制备并观察引起急性肺水肿的临床表现和发生机制,了解去乙酰毛花苷对家兔急性肺水肿的治疗效果。方法增加心脏前、后负荷的方法制备家兔实验性肺水肿模型,于两肺底听到明显的湿性啰音后,耳缘静脉注射去乙酰毛花苷抢救。结果耳缘静脉快速滴注生理盐水和给予肾上腺素之后,家兔表现出明显的呼吸急促,并有大量粉红色泡沫样液体沿气管插管口流出,去乙酰毛花苷治疗后,血压恢复,心跳加速,呼吸加快。结论去乙酰毛花苷可以有效缓解家兔急性肺水肿症状。
